The InSource program is designed to provide Tier 1 customers the ability to expedite large-scale multi-board projects by harnessing the extensive bandwidth of resources available through CADParts & Consulting LLC.

The InSource program provides our customers local control of the design cycle while leveraging the benefits of multiple resources and time zones resulting in higher quality designs, faster turn-times, and lower overall design costs.

CADParts can co-locate a full-time on-site Project Coordinate to facilitate all PCB design activities through the duration of the program

 CADParts will provide additional off-site design resources as necessary to manage multiple boards in parallel in order to meet critical design schedules on a “pay-per-use” basis

 CADParts Project Coordinator works with Customer Management to facilitate communication, project status, and resources to ensure projects remain on schedule and customer expectations are met.
