CADParts & Consulting LLC offers a library of 3D models as well as custom 3D modeling capability through our partner, Simplified Solutions. Their subscriptions offer a library of common 3D electrical components in both IGES and Pro/Engineer formats.
These IGES files can be imported into Altium Designer and into most MCAD packages including Solidworks and Autocad Inventor. Pro/Engineer users get the added benefit of Simplified Solutions' Hint Map Tool. This tool combined with their 3D library streamlines the process of creating 3D PCBs.
